What is CaaS?

Compliance as a Service is the best way to manage compliance of your standards, initiatives, policies, or any other topic that you want to assess compliance within your entities. It is designed to help enterprises with more than 10 entities to deploy compliance of any topics on a periodic basis. With CaaS, you don't need to spend any resources on the development of software, network maintenance, infrastructure costs, support, or tech operations. How does it work?

When you subscribe to CaaS with the VERIFIED™ Platform, you will have access to a personalized portal where your participants can log in. Participants can access the current assessments area and have access to the history of past assessments. Participants with admin access can see the assessment visualization dashboard and the manage participants area. You can setup the cadence of your assessments to be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, and setup the deadline date of the assessments, the platform will ensure that the participants are notified during the scheduled period to make sure they comply before or on the deadline date, you can track this progress in real time. If after the deadline, there are participants remaining non-compliant, our support team can escalate to help you nudge the remaining participant to comply.
